Gustavus Adolphus College Receives Major Green Recognition
ST. PETER, Minn. — The Beck Academic Hall at Gustavus Adolphus College has earned LEED Platinum certification. The $30 million, 125,000-square-foot building is the third academic building to attain LEED Platinum certification in the state of Minnesota.


Kwame Foundation has named Yolonda Lankford as its new executive director. The Kwame Foundation is a nonprofit charitable organization founded by Kwame Building Group CEO and Chairman Tony Thompson, providing mentoring and scholarship opportunities for youth in underprivileged communities. He is an award-winning designer with 20-plus years of experience, and has led projects as senior designer, project designer and design principal.
MACOMB, Ill. — On April 23 Illinois Governor Pat Quinn announced the release of $60 million for the construction of a new 130,000-square-foot performing arts center on the Western Illinois University campus.
