DLR Group announced on January 4 that Senior Associate Adam Post, AIA, WELL AP, will lead the firm鈥檚 Higher Education practice based out of their Lincoln, Neb., office. This strategic decision allows Post to further enhance DLR Group鈥檚 prominence in the marketplace while actively fostering crucial relationships and expanding opportunities within regional higher education institutions. Further, Post will continue directing his efforts towards collaborating across various sectors and interdisciplinary teams to effectively cater to the diverse needs of DLR Group鈥檚 clientele.
A native of Nebraska and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Post has dedicated his entire 12-year career to architecture and design, working on significant projects within the central U.S. and beyond. Since joining DLR Group鈥檚 Higher Education team as an Architect in 2019, Adam has played a pivotal role in several notable projects including the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Neihardt Complex, the University of Nebraska at Kearney鈥檚 Calvin T. Ryan Library, and the University of Iowa鈥檚 Bowen Science Building. Beyond these facilities, Post has lent his expertise to shaping the master plans for South Dakota State University and the Des Moines Area Community College. In addition to his professional commitments, Post serves on the board of the Council of Independent Nebraska Colleges Foundation.
