Gary Rademacher, AIA, has joined DLR Group to lead the firm鈥檚 K-12 Education practice in Dallas, serving school district clients across north Texas. He will collaborate with design teams locally and nationally to deliver educational facilities that serve the needs of students, educators, and communities and will play a key role in implementing the firm鈥檚 growth strategy for the K-12 Education practice statewide.
Rademacher has dedicated his professional career to designing educational environments that support student success and has led teams in the delivery of comprehensive planning and design for projects of size and scale.

In addition to being a member of AIA and the Association for Learning Environments, Rademacher is active in the education community through participation in the area Region Service Centers programs, Fast Growth School Coalition, Texas Association of School Administrators, and Texas Association of School Boards. He also has served on two Education Foundation boards.
