TUPELO – The Tupelo Public School District received another $3 million low-interest bond that can be used for school construction. The Qualified School Construction Bond is part of the federal stimulus act.

The bottom line is that the town saved $172,319. The rest is almost immaterial. But here鈥檚 a relatively simplified explanation.
