HGA Architects and Engineers has hired Celine Larkin, AIA, LEED AP, as associate vice president and senior planner in the Los Angeles office. Larkin will direct planning across HGA’s growing healthcare, higher education and public/corporate practice groups.

Michael Craig Smith, AIA, will serve as director of Hastings+Chivetta Architects’ new California office in Irvine, bringing with him 25 years of design and construction experience at California universities. Smith comes to Hastings+Chivetta from California State University at Fullerton where he completed more than 20 major capital projects worth a combined $500 million as the director of Design and Construction.
The International Living Future Institute announced the addition of Bob Berkebile to its team.
