Tattletale Portable Alarm Systems offers an effective solution for job site security. The alarm signal is sent to a 24/7 nationwide monitoring company via Celemetry, a cellular service that, according to the company, is 20x faster than regular cellular service.

The system utilizes a variety of long-range wireless sensors to protect tools, equipment, or building materials. These sensors can be used indoors and outdoors, up to 2,000 feet from the alarm unit. One such accessory is the LOOP, a long-range wireless sensor that works like an electronic bicycle lock. It can be used to tie up items such as generators, pressure washers, or heavy equipment indoors or outdoors. A locking cord set detects any unauthorized disconnection and causes an instant wireless alarm signal.

Fire Alarm Pull Stations /2006/01/21/fire-alarm-pull-stations/ /2006/01/21/fire-alarm-pull-stations/#respond Safety Technology International Inc. announces a pull station cover, Stopper II, which mounts directly to the wall over an existing pull station. When the cover is lifted, a self-contained alarm sounds, which draws immediate attention to the area. Someone pulling a false alarm will either run or be caught, helping to prevent a false fire alarm.

If service to the pull station is required, the cover's 9 volt, choice of 95 or 105 decibel internal alarm may be deactivated. The cover does not restrict legitimate fire alarms from being activated. Mounting hardware is provided.
